Delivery, what should I be aware of?

Our standard delivery charge is £65 for all Ultimate Choice and Flexible Choice models and £45 for all Simple Choice models.

For this we will deliver to the room of your choice, unwrap and inspect the furniture with you and remove all unwanted packaging and take it away for recycling.

Please remember that whilst we will do everything in our power to assist, the final responsibility for delivery through to the room of your choice, is with you.

We have lots of solutions to overcome access issues. However you must let us know if you think there may be difficulties. If you have any concerns at all about access and delivery please call us on 0844 249 9161 or contact your nearest store, before placing your order.

One solution may be a window delivery or, depending on the model, we could remove the arms, remove the back or even make it in two halves. There will be varying charges, depending on the solution.

If you do have concerns about access you may want to use our 'access check' service. For a small charge a delivery specialist will visit your home prior to placing an order. They will be able to determine if your ideal sofa will pass through to the room of your choice. If not, they will be able to offer a solution.

Prior to delivery…
Please remove all ornaments, pictures and small items that may impede delivery and could be damaged. It also helps if you prop open doors.

At least 90% of Sofa Workshop deliveries are straightforward, and for less simple deliveries there is nearly always a solution.
